Cancelling an Order
You may cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at hello@ronakagro.shop with your order number as soon as possible after placing the order.
Orders Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead refer to our Return Policy once the order is delivered.
Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, or delivery restrictions to your area. In such cases, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders
Refunds for cancelled orders are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, no charge is made until delivery.
