Return Eligibility
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety and quality reasons, the following are not eligible for return unless received damaged or defective: opened or used fertilizers, pesticides and agro-chemicals; seeds once the packaging is opened; perishable or expiry-dated items; and products marked as non-returnable on the product page.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, contact us at hello@ronakagro.shop within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Inspection and Approval
Returned items are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be sent back to the customer.
Refunds
Approved returns are refunded as per our Cancellation Policy, typically within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
